How do I return an item?

- We have a 30-day return policy.

- Email info@curly-sthlm.se to receive your return label:

Make sure that the item is in the same condition as upon delivery so that returns, exchanges and open purchases can be made!

- We charge 49:- for a return.

How do I go about making a complaint about a broken product?

When asked about complaint, you are welcome to email the following information to
info@curly-sthlm.se
- Subject: Your order number
- Image: Photograph visible damage. If the damage is not visible, submit a video or describe the damage in text form.



OPEN PURCHASE/REPLACEMENT RIGHT/COMPLAINT

We follow the Distance Contracts Act according to the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods without giving any reason. Notification of this must be given as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the goods were received (does not apply to specially ordered goods). If you are unsure, please contact us at info@curly-sthlm.se If it can be proven that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, we will try to replace the product with a new one of the same type as much as possible. If a product has been discontinued, we will always try to replace it with a newer version of the product. NOTE! The warranty does not apply to wear and tear. You will receive a return slip from us and we will charge you SEK 49 for this.

Remember that as a consumer you have a duty to inspect the goods you receive. You should therefore inspect the product before removing any seals such as plastic and patches.
