Please read these Terms before using the Website or placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
1. About the Website
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products.
These Terms should be read together with our:
-
Privacy Policy
-
Refund Policy
-
Shipping Policy
-
Cookie Policy
-
Legal Notice
If there is a conflict between these Terms and your mandatory statutory rights, your statutory rights take priority.
2. Eligibility
To place an order, you must:
-
Be at least 18 years old
-
Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
-
Provide complete and accurate information
-
Be authorised to use the selected payment method
Our products are intended for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, prices and availability are accurate.
However:
-
Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting and photography
-
Product packaging may be updated
-
Minor variations may occur between production batches
-
Results may vary depending on individual hair type, length, condition and method of use
These provisions do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for its stated purpose.
4. Product use
You are responsible for reading and following all product instructions and care information.
Stop using a product if it causes discomfort, irritation or another unexpected reaction. Contact an appropriate healthcare professional if you have concerns about an injury, allergy or medical condition.
Our products and Website content are not intended to provide medical advice.
5. Placing an order
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After receiving your order, we will send an email confirming whether it has been accepted. A contract is formed when we send the order confirmation.
Please check the order confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
A product is unavailable
-
Payment cannot be authorised
-
The delivery address cannot be serviced
-
We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
-
Purchase limits have been exceeded
-
There is an obvious pricing or product-information error
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid.
6. Prices and payment
Prices for UK customers are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
The total price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.
Your payment provider may apply its own terms, security checks or currency-conversion charges.
7. Pricing errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are correct.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we may contact you and offer the choice of:
-
Confirming the order at the correct price; or
-
Cancelling the order for a full refund
We will not charge a higher price without your express agreement.
8. Promotions, discount codes and bundles
Promotions, discount codes, free gifts and bundle offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Promotions cannot be combined
-
Discount codes have no cash value
-
Offers are available while stocks last
-
Purchase limits may apply
-
Free gifts cannot normally be exchanged for cash
-
If part of a promotional bundle is returned, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the value of products retained
Any adjustment will be explained clearly and will not affect your statutory rights.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion before an order is placed. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.
9. Shipping and delivery
Order processing, estimated delivery times, tracking and shipping costs are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date.
The products remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to a person you have authorised to receive them.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days after accepting it.
10. Returns and cancellations
Our Refund Policy explains how to cancel an order or request a return, refund, replacement or exchange.
For most online purchases, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
Curly additionally offers a voluntary 30-day return period, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in our voluntary return policy limits your statutory rights.
11. Faulty products and consumer rights
Products must be:
-
Of satisfactory quality
-
Fit for their intended purpose
-
As described
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or another remedy under UK consumer law.
Contact info@curly-sthlm.se and include your order number and evidence showing the issue.
Any commercial warranty we offer is additional to, and does not replace or restrict, your statutory rights.
12. Order changes and cancellations before dispatch
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.
We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has started. If the order has already been dispatched, you must follow our return procedure.
13. Accounts
If account functionality is available, you are responsible for:
-
Providing accurate account information
-
Keeping your login details secure
-
Restricting access to your account
-
Informing us promptly of suspected unauthorised use
We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms or comply with legal obligations.
14. Acceptable use
You must not:
-
Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
-
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or another user’s account

You may access the Website for personal, non-commercial use.

-
You created it or have permission to share it

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use submitted content in connection with our Website, products and marketing, subject to applicable law and any permissions requested from you.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We will not suppress genuine negative reviews solely because they are negative.
17. Third-party services and links
The Website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, delivery providers, social networks and other websites.
Third parties may apply their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.
This does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Privacy and cookies
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy and cookie settings.
19. Website availability
We aim to keep the Website accurate, secure and available. However, access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update, suspend or modify Website functionality where reasonably necessary.
This does not affect contracts already entered into or your statutory rights.
20. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
-
Breach of statutory consumer rights
-
Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded
We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, provided that we take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of those events.
If you use products for commercial or business purposes, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or anticipated savings.
21. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as transport disruption, customs delays, severe weather, natural disasters, industrial action, government restrictions, telecommunications failures or widespread service interruptions.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effects of the event and contact affected customers where appropriate.
Your statutory rights regarding delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal obligations.
The version applying to your purchase is the version available when your order is placed. Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing contract unless required by law or agreed with you.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
24. No waiver
If we delay enforcing a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.
25. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, you retain the protection of any mandatory consumer laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
You may bring legal proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms restricts that right.
