Curly sells products online to private individuals worldwide.

Orders

By completing your order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
A purchase agreement is confirmed once we send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. In case of errors such as incorrect prices, stock discrepancies, or product information, we reserve the right to correct this afterwards. If you are not satisfied with the correction, you may cancel your order without cost.
Discount codes are valid once per purchase and cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers.
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout (USD/EUR/GBP depending on region). Prices may change without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping may apply depending on promotions or region.
Standard delivery time is 6–12 business days, but this may vary depending on destination and stock availability.
Delays caused by carriers are outside our control. In case of significant delays, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge.
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery information is correct.
If a package is not collected and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are issued once the return is received and approved.
For faulty or damaged products, please contact customer support with photos or video evidence. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Promotions & Discounts
Discounts and offers are valid as long as stock lasts.
Campaigns such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday are valid only during the stated period.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
