How do I return an item to Curly?

We offer a 30-day return policy.

For a return, exchange, or open purchase to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as when delivered. A fee of $5 will be charged for returns.

Open Purchase / Exchange / Complaint at Curly

We follow distance selling laws in accordance with the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency. According to the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return undamaged goods without providing a reason. Notification of this must be given as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the item (not applicable to custom-made products).

In the event of manufacturing defects, we will strive to replace the product with the same item or a newer version if the product has been discontinued. Please note that the warranty does not cover wear and tear.

We provide a return label and charge $5 for it.

When purchasing products from us, you as the customer have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the date you received the item (right of withdrawal). To be eligible for a return, the product and its packaging must be in unchanged condition, i.e., undamaged and in unopened packaging.

For withdrawal of purchase, please contact our customer service at info@curly-sthlm.se to receive a return label. We do not refund any shipping costs you may have paid yourself.


Important note

Please observe your duty of inspection as a consumer. It is important to examine the item before removing any seals such as plastic wrapping or tags.
